As the co-founder and managing partner of Ray & Chi LLP, Ray oversees all aspects of accounting, auditing, tax compliance and preparation.

Before establishing Ray & Chi LLP, he served as an experienced senior financial statements auditor at Ernst & Young, where he specialized in public auditing within the banking, capital, and fintech industries. Prior to his tenure at Ernst & Young, Ray was a senior auditor at one of the top 10 public accounting firms, delivering a full spectrum of financial reporting services, including audits, reviews, compilations, consulting, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
